Straight answers

Do you provide the truck?
No — we're labour only. You rent the truck, trailer or U-Box, and we do the loading, unloading, packing and heavy lifting. It's usually a good deal cheaper than a full-service mover.
Why is there a minimum?
Two hours for loading only or unloading only, four hours if we do both ends. It covers getting the crew to you and back. Anything past the minimum is billed by the hour. You pay for the time you booked us for.
What if the job runs long?
Just tell the crew — extra hours are billed at the same rate. If a job runs past 12 hours in a day, the rest carries over to the next day so nobody's working unsafe.
How many helpers do I need?
A one-bedroom is usually fine with two. Two to three bedrooms, most people go with three. Anything bigger, or lots of stairs, four or five is faster and often works out cheaper overall. Pick a size in the quote form and we'll flag what we'd recommend.
Do you move pianos and safes?
Yes. Both are a flat $500 each, and you can book more than one. Pool tables we'll take on if they're already in pieces — send us the details and we'll confirm the price.
When do I pay?
On the day, once the job's done. Booking online just holds your slot.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes — free of charge up to 3 hours before your start time. Inside 3 hours the crew is already committed to your job, so please call us on (437) 665-2440 and we'll sort it out.
